What is Community Hospice?
Community Hospice, also known as Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice, provides free care and support for people with terminal illnesses, as well as their loved ones and carers. They support people across Greenwich and Bexley with services including pain management, care at home, wellbeing support, family support, bereavement care and end-of-life care at the hospice.
Community Hospice Charity Shops
Community Hospice shops help fund the charity’s care for around 3,000 people each year. Their shops offer a way for local people to support the hospice by buying and donating pre-loved items, with income helping to provide free care and support across the community.
