Mencap Charity Shops
Mencap has a growing network of charity shops across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, with an ambition to double its number of stores to 60 by 2030. The shops sell clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, bric-a-brac, media, and toys, all at affordable prices. A distinctive feature of Mencap's shops is that people with a learning disability volunteer and work in every store, helping them build skills, confidence, and connections. Larger stores in some locations also accept furniture and electrical items.
