What is Rowans Hospice?
Rowans Hospice is a charity providing palliative and end-of-life care for adults with life-limiting or progressive illnesses in Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. It supports patients from the point of diagnosis, through to end-of-life care, and also offers services for carers and families. All care is provided free of charge.
Rowans Hospice Charity Shops
Rowans Hospice runs 16 shops across Portsmouth and South East Hampshire, which together generate around a third of the hospice's total income. Their retail portfolio includes standard shops selling pre-loved clothes, books, and bric-a-brac, as well as more specialist formats - including emporium stores selling furniture, vintage clothing, and homeware, and a dedicated craft shop in Havant. A warehouse at Farlington also handles donated goods, and a furniture collection service is available.
