UGC POLICY

These terms are between you and Bluteshi Ltd ("Bluteshi"), the company operating the Ganddee platform. The terms (“us”, “we”, the “Company” or “Ganddee”) refer to Bluteshi.

At Ganddee, our mission is to help users discover and share information about second-hand businesses and events around the world. We rely on user-generated content to build an engaging, useful map and directory. Your contributions like reviews, photos, profile pictures, and location suggestions are what make Ganddee a rich community resource.

When you contribute content to Ganddee, you help us showcase second-hand businesses while enhancing the experience for other users exploring the platform. We want to make sure this user-generated content is helpful, honest, and reflects real-world experiences.

Our policies are designed to keep the Ganddee community useful, safe, and lawful for everyone. This document explains our content criteria, prohibited content policy, enforcement procedures, and other terms related to user-generated content on Ganddee.

Definitions

​

• "Public Content" means any content you deliberately make publicly viewable on the Service (e.g., shop reviews, photos attached to places, comments, public lists).

• "UGC/Content policies" means these UGC Terms and any content rules referenced on ganddee.com/ugc-terms or ganddee.com/terms (as updated).

User Content Licensing

By submitting user content, including reviews, photos, profile pictures, and location suggestions to Ganddee, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly perform, and display your contributions across the Ganddee platform, products, services, and advertising. This allows us to showcase your content.

You affirm you have the right to submit the content and grant Ganddee this license. You represent and warrant that your contributed content does not infringe on any third party intellectual property rights. You are responsible for the content you contribute.

Public Content & account deletion. You grant Ganddee a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, modify and distribute any content you make public on the Service (e.g., reviews, photos, comments). If you delete your account, your profile will be anonymised and deactivated, but your previously published Public Content may remain visible to other users, de-associated from your profile. This licence survives account deletion for that purpose. We may remove content that breaches our Terms or policies.

Content Criteria

We want all Ganddee user contributions, including reviews, photos, profile pictures, and location suggestions to be:

• Helpful for the community

• Based on real second-hand shopping experiences and real information

• Relevant to the location posted about

• Respectful of businesses and other users

Prohibited Content

​

Do not post any content, including reviews, photos, profile pictures, or location suggestions that:

• Is self promotion (no resale listings / items, etc)

• Shows items from shops that aren't second hand

• Is false, inaccurate, deceiving, or misleading

• Impersonates individuals or organizations

• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, requests for or reveals private or sensitive personal details, including another user's precise or real-time location

• Is violent, obscene, sexually explicit, or dangerous

• Infringes on copyrights or other rights

• Relates to regulated goods like alcohol, tobacco, gambling, pharmaceuticals, financial services etc.

• Exploits or endangers children

• Is spammy content or solicitations like external links in reviews, email addresses, phone numbers etc.

We reserve the right to remove any contributions that violate our guidelines.

Second-hand focus & off-topic promotions. Ganddee is a curated directory for second-hand. Content that primarily promotes new/non-second-hand goods (e.g., posts or events advertising new items, wholesale overstocks, or dropshipped goods) may be removed or down-ranked.

 

Personal data in content. Avoid posting your or others' personal data (e.g., selfies revealing identity, phone numbers, emails). If Public Content contains personal data, you can edit/delete it yourself or contact us to request removal.

Moderation

​

We may remove, refuse, down-rank or edit (for clarity/format) content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, off-topic, primarily promotes non-second-hand goods, or otherwise breaches these UGC Terms or our policies. Repeat or serious violations, particularly those involving user safety or privacy, may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Enforcement

​

• Ganddee uses a combination of human reviewers and software tools to detect policy-violating content, which we will remove.

• We may suspend user accounts that repeatedly violate policies.

• We may remove content and restrict accounts globally across the Ganddee platform.

• We may modify these terms occasionally by posting policy updates.

By using Ganddee and contributing content, you agree to follow these user-generated content policies and terms of use. Please let us know if you have any questions.
