Does Ganddee replace our EPoS or Gift Aid system?

No. Ganddee works alongside your existing till, stock, and Gift Aid systems. We handle the marketing layer — visibility, donation comms, events, offers, reviews. We're not a till or a Gift Aid processor.

How long does setup take?

48 hours for most charity retail networks. Our team onboards each of your shops to Ganddee — you don't need any technical setup or shop-staff training.

What about volume pricing for chains?

Charity retail chains with 5+ shops qualify for tiered volume discounts on the yearly plan. The more shops you list, the lower the per-shop rate. Book a 20-minute call and we'll send a quote tailored to your network.

Can shop staff use it independently?

Yes - but they don't have to. Some charities prefer the centralised model: head office emails us updates and we publish across every shop. No app for shop staff to learn.
