At Ganddee, we believe second-hand shopping should be for everyone - fun, sustainable, and welcoming. That's why we're excited to highlight Clothing Collective, a charity doing important work that aligns perfectly with our mission.

What is Clothing Collective?

Clothing Collective is a UK-based charity that gives out clothing gift cards redeemable in partner charity shops. These cards go to people experiencing hardship, homelessness, or crisis - giving them the dignity of choosing their own clothes while supporting local charity shops, which themselves support charitable causes.

It’s a simple but powerful model:

  • Every gift card helps someone in need

  • Every purchase supports a local charity shop

  • Every donation keeps clothes in circulation and out of landfill

Why It Matters

For many of us, thrifting is a lifestyle - a way to shop sustainably, save money, and discover one-of-a-kind pieces.

For others, it can make a real difference.

Clothing Collective helps keep second-hand shopping accessible to everyone - turning the joy of thrifting into social impact. By providing charity shop gift cards to people in need, they make sure that everyone can experience the dignity and empowerment of choosing their own clothes.

How You Can Get Involved

  • Donate to help fund a charity shop gift card for someone in need.

  • Support your local charity shops: shop second-hand, donate your (quality) unwanted items to your local shop, and keep the cycle going.

  • Spread the word: tell your friends about Clothing Collective and their mission.
