This weekly event is the perfect place to be thrifty with friends. Here's everything you need to know!

About Bootyfull Car Boot Sale
Formerly known as Kentish Town Car Boot, this sale is a family-friendly event that happens every Sunday from February to December. It's near Hampstead Heath, at William Ellis School (Highgate Rd, London NW5 1RN), which is a great place to explore on a Sunday. The car boot is open from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM and has a lovely community feel. You'll find lots of great deals!
At this car boot sale, you can find all sorts of items: recycled art, toys, games, vintage fashion, jewellery, vinyl records, and many more. It's a great spot to find unique, affordable, and eco-friendly things while having a fun day out with family and friends.
The car boot sale is easy to get to by public transport. Gospel Oak is the nearest station (just a short walk away), and the C11 bus stops nearby. You can also get there via the northern line: Kentish Town and Tufnell Park are 10-15 min walking distance.
After the car boot sale, take a stroll around Hampstead Heath. It's a beautiful park with a village vibe and plenty of nearby second-hand shops to explore.
Entering The Car Boot
Entering the car boot costs £1 per person, and it's free for children under 16 years old. Before you get in, we highly recommend that you get some cash at a nearby ATM. Sellers are always eager to get some cash for their items, and you'll be in a better position to bargain - see our car boot sale tips to make the most out of your trip.
If you forget to get some cash, though, you can head to the car boot entry where a member of the staff will be able to do some cash back for you. This comes with a tiny fee (usually 75 cents) but this can literally save your thrifting day.
Pro tip: Bootyfull Car Boot has a loyalty card! Each time you visit, be sure to ask for a stamp. For every 6 visits, you'll get a free entry, and for every 12 visits you'll get a free entry and a tea (or coffee)!

What Can You Find at Bootyfull Car Boot?
All things second-hand, really. Whether you're looking for homeware, clothing, small furniture, toys etc. you can find it all. Many of the sellers are living in the area. They come sell to the car boot to declutter their houses.
To get the full experience at the sale, be sure to come early, especially if the weather is sunny. In this case, the sale will span the full areas in the William Ellis School courtyard. If it's raining, however, sellers will be located inside the school's building. So, if you plan a visit when it rains, don't shy away! Sellers will be waiting for you inside the building!
