About this charity shop
Sue Ryder is a specialist vintage shop located at Bridge Street in Peterborough, PE1 1EH. It is open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 5pm; Sunday, 10am to 4pm. This shop offers accessories, books, cds and media, clothing and homeware, with a selection of items spread across two floors, featuring pieces from throughout the last century. All profits from your purchases support the palliative care and bereavement services provided by Sue Ryder.
Peterborough railway station is about a 15-minute walk through the city centre. Queensgate bus station is also a short walk away, passing through the city’s pedestrianised shopping streets. Donations are welcome here. Please bring items during opening hours and never leave bags outside the door, as they can get damaged or soiled.

Lovely staff here and a great shop. I come roughly twice a month and although there are still some of the same items out, there’s lots to look at, and occasionally a few new items to potentially buy. I find it to be more on the cheaper side, but I know there are pricier items too - for comparison i’ve spent between £10-£30 on my visits where i’ve bought homeware, bags, comics, and jewellery.

If you're going for clothes it's really expensive but if you want CDs and stuff like that it's fairly cheap in my opinion.(1 pound is the average for a CD)
