Does Ganddee replace our till or Gift Aid system?
No. Ganddee works alongside your existing till, stock and Gift Aid systems. We handle the marketing side - being found, telling donors what you need, promoting sales, and collecting reviews. We're not a till or a Gift Aid processor.
How long does setup take?
Around 48 hours for most charity retail networks. Our team sets up each of your shops for you - there's nothing technical to install and no training needed for shop staff.
What about pricing for chains?
Charity retail chains with 5 or more shops get volume discounts on the yearly plan - the more shops you list, the lower the price per shop. Book a 20-minute call and we will send a quote for your network.
Do shop staff have to use an app?
Only if you want them to. Some charities prefer to keep it central: head office emails us the updates and we publish them across every shop. Nothing for shop staff to learn.
